You can return the item within 30 days of receipt if it is undamaged, unused and in its original packaging with all tags attached. We also offer exchanges at no additional cost if there are any delivery issues or you receive a damaged package. Please note that this scheme does not apply to custom watches. About the cost, shipping is totally free, and we have also included your country's import duties in the price, so you won’t incur any additional charges or fees during the delivery of your watch.
