Can I cancel my order?
There is a short period between when you place your order and when it begins to be processed. If you contact us by email immediately after placing your order, we can cancel it before it is processed. Please note that orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. If you contact us after this period, your order will already be processed or dispatched, but you still have the option to return it once it has been delivered.
What is a Seiko Mod?
A Seiko modification is a special watch that is hand-assembled from a prestigious Seiko automatic or hybrid movement, combined with high-quality replacement parts, usually made of 904L stainless steel
Shipping Time
We usually need 2-4 business days to assemble your watch. After that, delivery time can vary between 3-8 business days, depending on the shipping method and the recipient country. In total, the process usually takes around 7-12 business days. Please note that customized watches may require an additional 3-5 business days.
Are you affiliated with Seiko?
No, not at all. We use genuine Seiko automatic movements for their quality and reliability. Each watch is then assembled with custom-made parts exclusively for each customer.
What is the return policy?
You can return the item within 30 days of receipt if it is undamaged, unused and in the original packaging with all tags attached. We also offer exchanges at no extra cost if there are problems with the delivery or you receive a damaged package. Please note that this scheme does not apply to customized watches. If you wish to return, we will provide you with the most suitable return address. If you have any questions about size or other specifications, please feel free to send us an email.
What movements do you use?
We use Seiko automatic movements such as NH34, NH35, NH36, NH38, NH70, NH72, VK63, VK64 and VK61. These movements are recognized worldwide and ensure flawless operation that follows your daily pace.
Do you have any kind of warranty?
Yes, all our watches come with a 2-year warranty covering any manufacturing defects, especially in the movement, to ensure optimal performance. If you experience any functional problems or other difficulties, please contact us
Are they waterproof?
Our watches are water resistant up to 10 ATM, which means they are suitable for everyday use, including swimming, showering and surface water activities. They are designed to withstand splashes, rain and full immersion, making them ideal for an active lifestyle.
However, we do not recommend using them for scuba diving or high-pressure water activities, as these require professional diving watches.
How can I track my order?
Once your watch has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. This will allow you to track your order as it is on its way to you. If you cannot find the email in your inbox, please check your spam or junk email folder.
